TEAM BIOS

Chris Harrington is a Lunenburg firefighter and photographer. He completed a senior project in photography at the Sentinel & Enterprise before graduating from Lunenburg High School in 2001. While studying fire science and photography at Mount Wachusett Community College, he also worked as a freelance photojournalist. He has had photos published by the Telegram & Gazette, Associated Press and Sentinel. Chris is a member of the National Press Photographers Association.

A registered nurse and amateur photographer of 25 years, Virginia Krul studied with Peter Faulkner, Karen Rosenthal and Harvey Stern. Her work most recently appeared in Gardening Magazine. After eight years as president of the Camera Club of Fitchburg, she has now stepped down to vice president but continues to grow in the craft as she makes the transition to digital photography.

Scott LaPrade is a Leominster firefighter. His spot news and fire photos have been published in the Telegram & Gazette, Firehouse Magazine and the Sentinel & Enterprise.

Coelynn McIninch is Fitchburg State College's Photography Lab Manager and an accomplished fine art photographer.

Helen Obermeyer-Simmons is professor of Communications Media at Fitchburg State College and a member of the Fitchburg Cultural Alliance.
